Effective: March 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Trackless Telemetry platform (the "Service"), including the analytics dashboard, ingest API, software development kits ("SDKs"), and any associated documentation, You agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If You are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity ("Entity"), You represent and warrant that You have the authority to bind such Entity to these Terms, in which case "You" and "Your" shall refer to such Entity.

If You do not agree to these Terms, You must not access or use the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by the Trackless Telemetry Privacy Policy and, to the extent applicable, the Data Processing Agreement ("DPA"), each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Definitions

"Account" means the registered account created by You to access the Service via the dashboard at dashboard.tracklesstelemetry.com.

"Account Data" means information provided by You in connection with Your Account, including Your email address, hashed password (managed by the authentication provider), application names, API key metadata, and session cookies.

"Aggregate Telemetry Data" means the aggregate event counts, digests, and coarse device context collected by the SDKs and stored by the Service.

"API Key" means a unique authentication credential issued through the Service that authorizes SDK clients to submit telemetry data to the ingest endpoint.

"Billable Event" means the sum of all count values across events received by the ingest endpoint during a billing period.

"Camp Four Software," "we," "us," or "our" means Camp Four Software, the operator of Trackless Telemetry.

"Customer Application" means any software application in which You integrate one or more Trackless Telemetry SDKs.

"End User" means an individual who uses Your Customer Application.

"SDK" means any Trackless Telemetry software development kit, including the Web SDK, iOS SDK, and Android SDK.

3. Service Description

Trackless Telemetry is a privacy-first analytics platform that enables You to collect anonymous, aggregate event data from Your Customer Applications. The Service consists of:

  • Software Development Kits (SDKs). Client-side libraries for web (TypeScript), iOS (Swift), and Android (Kotlin) platforms. All SDKs expose a two-call interface: configuration and typed event methods (view, feature, funnel, performance, error).
  • Ingest API. A server-side endpoint that receives pre-aggregated event payloads from the SDKs, validates the data, enforces rate limits and cardinality budgets, and writes aggregate counts to storage.
  • Analytics Dashboard. A web-based dashboard providing authenticated access to Your Aggregate Telemetry Data, API Key management, billing management, and account settings.
  • Privacy Architecture. The Service is designed to make it extremely impractical to identify or track individual End Users.

4. Account Registration and Security

To use the Service, You must create an Account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account credentials and API Keys. You may rotate API Keys at any time through the dashboard.

5. Subscription Tiers and Pricing

The Service is offered under the following subscription tiers. All tiers include the same product features; tiers differ only by monthly Billable Event volume.

TierMonthly Event LimitMonthly PriceAnnual Price
Free10,000$0N/A
Indie50,000$5$50/year
Launch200,000$14$140/year

Annual plans are billed upfront at ten times the monthly rate, providing the equivalent of two months free per year. Sandbox events count toward the monthly event limit on all tiers.

Application Limits

Each subscription tier includes a maximum number of applications that may be active simultaneously:

TierMaximum Applications

6. Billing and Payment

All payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. Camp Four Software does not directly store Your payment card information. When Your Billable Event count reaches Your tier's monthly event limit, new events will be rejected until the next billing period or You upgrade to a higher tier. There are no overage charges or automatic tier upgrades.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All fees paid for the Service are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. All cancellations are self-service through the Stripe Customer Portal.

8. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for its intended purpose: collecting anonymous, aggregate event telemetry from Your Customer Applications. You agree not to:

  • Encode personal data, user identifiers, or device identifiers into event names or any other client-supplied field.
  • Deliberately exhaust cardinality budgets, rate limits, or event quotas.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service in a manner that violates applicable data protection or privacy laws.
  • Create multiple Accounts to circumvent usage limits.

Violations may result in warning, suspension, or termination of Your Account.

9. Data Ownership

You retain all right, title, and interest in Your Aggregate Telemetry Data and Account Data. Camp Four Software does not sell, share, or provide Your data to third parties for advertising or data brokerage purposes. You may export all account data at any time through the dashboard.

10. Data Processing Roles

With respect to Aggregate Telemetry Data, Camp Four Software acts as a data processor on Your behalf. With respect to Account Data, Camp Four Software acts as a data controller. A Data Processing Agreement is available to all customers at tracklesstelemetry.com/dpa.

Sub-processors: Amazon Web Services (infrastructure) and Stripe (payment processing). A public sub-processor list is maintained at tracklesstelemetry.com/subprocessors.

11. Privacy and Data Collection

The SDKs collect only: typed event data (event type, event name, and count), platform, OS major version, device class, app version, and an optional locale code derived from the device's system locale. All data is pre-aggregated and stored as daily aggregate counts.

The Service does not collect: user IDs, device IDs, advertising IDs, session IDs, IP addresses, full user agent strings, exact device models, screen resolution, or any directly identifying personal data from End Users. Note: bucketed session duration and screen depth are collected as aggregate counts, not as individual session records.

For complete privacy details, see the Privacy Policy.

12. Service Availability

During the beta period, the Service is provided on a best-effort basis with no guaranteed uptime or SLA. Enterprise tier customers may negotiate separate SLAs.

13. Account Termination and Data Deletion

You may delete Your Account at any time through the dashboard. Account deletion includes a seven (7) day grace period during which You may cancel the deletion request. After the grace period expires: all API Keys are disabled, all Aggregate Telemetry Data is deleted within seven (7) days, all applications and records are removed, any active Stripe subscription is canceled, and Your authentication account is permanently deleted.

14. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the platform, dashboard, ingest API, SDKs, and documentation, are the exclusive property of Camp Four Software. You retain all rights to Your data.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CAMP FOUR SOFTWARE'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00). IN NO EVENT SHALL CAMP FOUR SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Camp Four Software from claims arising out of Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, Your encoding of personal data into event names, or Your violation of applicable laws.

18. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

If Your Customer Application targets children under 13, You are responsible for COPPA compliance. Camp Four Software does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

19. Modification of Terms

Camp Four Software reserves the right to modify these Terms with at least 30 days' advance notice via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

21. Dispute Resolution

Any legal proceedings shall be instituted exclusively in the state and federal courts located in the State of Michigan.

22. Severability

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
